5 skeins of squishy DK weight yarn, total yardage is 1,180 yards of handspun yarn. 3 skeins of white and 2 different shades of variegated colorways in a soft springy Polwarth wool. Aeria is a shawl that is generous sized and one that can be worn in a variety of ways. My picture of the finished shawl uses similar but different yarn for the leaves, this kit has different colored yarn for the leaves, see the pictures of the yarn. The pattern uses German Short Rows which I found to be my favorite way of doing short rows.
