Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or after a new yarn release, processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Carriers: We ship via USPS for domestic orders and DHL Express for international orders.

Domestic Shipping (US): Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, generally 5–14 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package is in the carrier's hands, we are not responsible for delays or losses. However, we'll do our best to help you track down your order. Please contact us if you have concerns.
